To use the remote, users must set the dip switches to match the transmitter inside the ceiling fan. There are 16 different frequencies for Harbor Breeze fans, so users may need to adjust the combinations accordingly. It is also essential to set a different PIN code if controlling multiple ceiling fans to avoid interference.
